Welcome to Bassingbourn Community Primary School

Rainbow Fish Class

Choosing a school for your child is a very important decision and we hope that this website provides you with the necessary information to make an informed choice.

Rainbow Fish Class

Our aim: Staff, pupils, parents and governors at Bassingbourn Community Primary School work in partnership to offer a supportive environment where pupils are enthusiastic, ambitious, challenged by learning and demonstrate high standards of behaviour.

Our vision: We aspire to develop successful independent learners who are equipped to develop the necessary resilience to become articulate, compassionate citizens of the future. We know our pupils well and actively encourage them to reflect on their place and their contribution within the school community and the wider world.

Rachael Schofield, Headteacher.
